I wanted to take a moment to thank the crew over at Precision Carpet Cleaning. They showed up on time and were very professional as they cleaned my carpets. They went above and beyond my expectations moving furniture, taking the time to protect the legs of our end tables, and even brought my paper up from the driveway. Scott was knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. Although stains did not reappear, Scott informed me that should anything show up after they left to simply give him a call and he would return to work on any trouble areas. These guys are absolutely FANTASTIC! Scott is the most enthusiastic and happy-to-please person I think I've ever met. They are prompt, courteous, and work like the dickens. They got rid of stains I didn't know I had. Last time he suggested I might want them to clean the tumbled travertine marble in my entryway, which has been darkened by years of usage. Loved these guys! They really took their time making sure everything was perfectly cleaned. They also washed an old pink chair that was given to me and afterwards it looked brand new. I've had other cleaners here, most of whom were solo with a tiny machine. Many times the smaller companies try to clean your place as fast as possible to make their next appointment. Not these guys. They make sure it's right and pay attention to the details. Precision also provides fans to dry your carpet faster overnight, they will then pick them up the next morning at no charge. Great job boys.

Wow! In a town full of companies with really lackluster customer service, Precison BLEW ME AWAY! They arrived right on time (at a VERY early call time), finished early, and ended up performing more services than originally planned. They were very professional, and treated my home and furnishings with care. I am so glad I didn't go with another company I had previously contacted simply because they were slightly cheaper.
